Citibanking Technology Solutions Group provides the Citibank business with the
systems, infrastructure and related technologies to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
Our people are top-tier and motivated to be the first and the best in providing Technology Solutions. We
employ approximately seven hundred employees in several U.S. locations. The majority of our employees are
in our Long Island City, New York facility and additional groups are located in Hauppauge, New York;
Englewood Cliffs and Weehawken, New Jersey; Los Angeles, California; and St. Louis, Missouri.
CTSG is comprised of systems development and testing, data center operations and technical ATM
services. The ten systems development groups are responsible for designing, developing, testing,
implementing, and supporting the systems that the consumer bank depends on to service its customers. We
provide 24x7 production support for 169 systems, 40 million lines of code, 14,500 desktops, 6,000 ATMs,
and 1.7 million checks and other items processed daily that run the financial centers, service centers
and back offices.
Our development and support responsibilities include the advanced and evolving client server systems and
the mainframe systems that process large transaction volumes each year. They encompass applications such
as the bank's posting and other financial systems, high-speed authorization systems, investment systems,
decision support systems, online consumer and business banking system, and branch automation
technology. We also provide technical and operational support for the day-to-day operations of Citibank's
check processing facility as well as hardware, technology, and field service support for CBNA's Financial
Centers and ATMs.
